Vero Studio builds websites for local businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us — through an ad, a form, or the chat assistant on one of our sites — what we do with it, and how you can have it removed.
The short version: we collect your contact details so we can talk to you about building your website. We don't sell your information to anyone. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Vero Studio is operated by Jorge Perez. You can reach us any time at groundworkstudio.photos@gmail.com. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal information. Please don't send them to us.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run, and only as much as they need:

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in contact with you and for up to two years afterward, in case you come back to us. Chat transcripts are kept for up to twelve months. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have these rights under that law and we will honor them without charging you or treating you differently for asking. We have never sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't intend to.
Our sites are served over HTTPS and access to enquiry information is limited to Jorge. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security — but we don't keep more than we need, which is the best protection there is.
Our services are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
